My fiance and I purchased a 3 stone engagement ring from Novori. I got a good price on an H, VS2 GIA cert stone. I am pleased with the quality of the stones both center and side stones. I also purchased the setting from Novori as well and had the stones set. When the ring arrived the side stones were set unevenly and center stone was not set properly. A local jeweler told me that the stones were not set by a professional diamond setter. I faxed Novori a letter and sent the ring back to be repaired. I was never given an explanation or an apology. After 10 days I finally got my ring back and the side stones are still off. I just got the ring appraised and I am happy with the price we paid and the quality of the stones. I was unable to find this particular setting anywhere else and so that is why I purchased the setting from Novori as well. If I had to do it again I think I would have purchased the stones separately through Novori or another vendor and had the stones set locally with a custom setting. This still probably would have cost more in the end. I would not recommend Novori for the settings and workmanship. The stones are good and the service is okay.
