I have a soft spot for marching bands. I'm a former band geek/music major/big fan of Mardi Gras marching bands!!

I made the mistake of being a little too close to the tubas in the beginning and had to eventually had to move on the other side of the drummers LOL. It really was LOUD!

So I've been scrubbing at this for a while and let me just say getting sharpie marker off your arm isn't as easy as you think it's gonna be...

Note to self: Next time you write the ACLU's phone number on your arm just in case you get arrested be prepared for it to stay there for a loooong time. Oops!

Rainwood, I tried to get a pic of this sign later one when he was holding it up right in front of the Trump logo but there was too much in front of me and I'm super short. I did get one decent photo but there's a kid about 8ish years hold sitting on his mom's shoulders right there in the shot and I don't want to post a super clear pic of the kid's face like that. (May not matter, after all his mother did bring him to the protest, but I just don't like the idea of doing it.)
