Some eye candy for garnet lovers out there! This is a .95 Ct, ideal color, clean (no mica) modified emerald cut, North Carolina Garnet I just finished - l love this cut for primary rough (hard rock mined) NC Rhodo - the rough comes in thin "sheets" included with mica, very hard to extract from the host rock - United States gem cut in the United States!
