Ask for a Sarin report on the stone. That will give you the measurements.

The vendor should be able to find/know someone who can do this especially, if they are in the diamond selling business. Many vendors can send the stone out to someone and get that info for you. The other option is to check the return policy, purchase the diamond, and have an independent appraiser give you all the info. Personally, if it were me, and they could not accomodate my request I would pass. There are many other reports, and stones where this info IS available. There are also MANY other vendors who can accomodate you, and work with you, and help you find the right stone.
