Well, going by the HCA, the second diamond is a little tighter; it scores 0.8. The top diamond gets a 1.5 though both are well within the ideal range. Hopefully some more experienced buyers will chime in.
 
The both look nice. Have you seen these in person? The 1st one is going to look a tiny bit bigger.
 
I haven''t seen them in person yet. That''s my next step.
 
on paper, they are virtually identical. in person....you may not be able to tell them apart depending on the lower girdle facet length and overall cut quality.
