I would definitely pair it with a plain white gold or platinum wedding band (sorry I didn''t catch the metal used in the e-ring). Something that is the same width as the e-ring or even thinner. I think that would showcase your gorgeous ring and still allow you wear a wedding band. Congratualations on the engagement!!!
