Newbie - Help to buy diamond for Verragio Ring

I've reading/researching about the 4Cs and now I'm ready to buy a loose round diamond with the criteria below:

Shape = Round
Color = H+
Clarity = SI2+
Cut = Ideal +
Carat = 1.70 to 2
Price = $10K - $15K

Advanced Options:
Polish = Excellent
Symmetry = Excellent
Lab = GIA
Depth = ????
Table = ????
Fluorescence = ????

We're going to purchase the Verragio ring with 18K White Gold at our local store.

My budget is between $10K - $15K, I'm not sure what should I pick for Depth, Table, Fluorescence to go best with the ring? There are so many to pick and I'm not sure which one will go best with the ring and best for my budget. I'm planing to buy the diamond by next week before our vacation. I'm so nervous.

Personally, I'm a one stop shop kinda gal. Whiteflash has a great reputation, return policy, and upgrade policy. They also sell Veraggio settings. I do not see your particular model number, but you can always call to verify that they can get that setting.
