Newbie Help Needed - cushion halo e-ring

Hello. I''ve been reading posts here the past few months and the info is great!

I am searching for a cushion diamond for an e-ring for my girlfriend. After searching this forum high and low I think this is my search criteria for the diamond. Anyone with input on this?
Carat: 1.2-1.5
Table: 57-63%
Depth: 60-65%
Color: D-G
Clarity: IF - SI1

As far as the setting....something similar to the Tiffany Legacy and some custom rings I''ve seen on this forum. If there are other similar ones I missed, please let me know:

I''ve read a lot about Whiteflash/Quest/Good Old Gold and am thinking about contacting them about doing a custom halo setting. Some questions for people with experience with them:
Any particular reasons to choose one over the others?
Any person in particular I should contact?
What price range should I expect for a custom halo setting with pave?
How long does this process take?

Any other jewelers recommended? I''m a little hesitant about ordering online because I''m more comfortable dealing with the process in person. So jewelers in NYC or near the Carolinas would be preferred.

Any input would be much appreciated!

I don't have a lot to add to help but I wanted to say that GOG has found some amazing cushions for people and recently put together a video of 5 cushions for someone on here so she could make a choice without seeing them in person. So, I would call Jonathon at GOG, tell him your paremeters and have him start looking.

I used WF for my custom halo setting and I am just thrilled with it. I love the ACAs they use in there settings. Incredibly sparkly.
