Newbie and Oval Halo

Hi everyone,

I''ve been lurking for awhile now and just thought I would post my new Oval Halo that I received last week. It was a trade in of my e-ring so now it''s a RR. Luckily, my jeweler gives 100% of your original purchased price towards a new diamond! I had my original e-ring setting changed to accommodate a pink tourmaline princess. I will post pictures of that whenever I figure out how to post pics.

Here are the stats on the oval:

D, VS1, VG, VG, no cutlet, no flor, .96ct, ring size 5, I don''t really see a bowtie either

Wow, it is beautiful!!! Would love to see more pictures of that beautiful stone and ring. So did I misunderstand you - are you wearing that as a RHR? (If not, what did you mean by RR?) It is a gorgeous setting!

Thank you for all the kind words. My ring sparkles like crazy, everyone gets distracted by it and forget that I am talking half the time

. I never thought I liked ovals but then, I saw this one and it''s incredible. I''ve been asked on numerous occassions if its 1) real and 2) how big it is because it looks pretty big on my figure. Granted its a bit loose, I''m proabably just shy of a size 5. I will get profile shots. I will try and post more pictures (oh and the tourmaline too) when I get a chance!
