I would love to hear how others who suffer from anxiety and depression cope with this disorder without the use of any kind of medicine. I know that there are so many ways to do that but I would like to hear what has worked for you.
 
There are several past threads on this, great threads where people share what gave them real relief. You might read those?
 
Long time sufferer. I find intense cardio helps quite a bit.
Sadly, also caffeine makes it worse :(
