I've learnt so much from this forum I thought I'd share a little something I've discovered works really well recently. I'm talking about dental brushes, that's right, the ones your dentist hands out (see picture).

A lot of folks have recommended home cleaning for your stones with a toothbrush, well, I still had trouble getting into the nooks and crannies on my rings. But these dental brushes are tiny! They're also pretty gentle, I suppose they'd have to be for use with your gums ;))

I follow the same procedures you would with a regular toothbrush, soak jewelry in a mile, colorless liquid soap and warm water mixture then clean with the brush!

I hope this will work for you too!

Cool! My kids do get these from their orthodontist!!!

I have used the kind you buy in the drugstore. I always keep on in my purse. When we were coming home from vacation a few weeks
ago, we stopped for lunch at In-n-Out burger, as we usually do and on our marathon drive home I noticed I had some stuff in my
ring! Ewww, so next stop for gas, I headed for the ladies room with my trusty dental brush and came out sparkling clean!
I could hardly wait to clean my ring, I was so grossed out. They are amazing little tools, useful for so much!
