New to vintage jewelry

i have a new found love of vintage jewelry. I have recently acquired a white gold and diamond ring, and am wondering what people’s opinion is regarding its age/production era? Thanks!

Not meaning to be rude by not responding to your questions, but sometimes there’s just not much to be known about a piece of mystery jewelry. If I had to guess, I’d say 40’s - 50’s. It has that “cocktail ring” vibe. But a clearer photo of the center diamond might tell a different story.

If you haven’t already done so, ask a good jeweler to inspect the prongs and give the ring a good cleaning.

Thanks!! I have recently had it sized and cleaned by a jeweler. The best answer I got regarding it’s age, is “at least 60 years old”.

I'm not knowledgeable enough to take guesses at anything. I always take all new purchases to a really tough appraiser for verification. I know he is 100% neutral and he can be downright harsh, but he is as precise as he can be. He can't definitively pinpoint dates though. Usually just a 10-20 year approximation range, which he doesn't guarantee, lol.
