#TBT New RHR

So the first gift my husband ever gave me was a diamond pendant that I wore every single day until we had children. After the kids, I rarely ever wore it. I thought about halo-ing it as a pendant but I honestly just didn’t want a pendant. So I worked with a local jeweler to make a RHR from it and another band that I wasn’t using. The center diamond is totally lack luster but I could never part with it since it was the first thing my husband ever gave me.

Anyway, I am so excited to be able to use these stones and have something pretty to look at!

And it’s funny. I am so not sentimental. Like at all. I don’t have that same attachment to my wedding rings.

It is beautiful! It also looks low profile, which I love. Almost Art Deco. Your jeweler did a fantastic job!

My inspiration was very art deco-ish. I have been trying to get up the courage to do something like this with my engagement ring, and I am glad that I did it with a RHR.
