New member, just wanted to introduce myself

Hi everyone!
I am new to PS and I wanted to introduce myself, i''m Candice and I am a jewellery aficianado...that sounds like a therapy confession lol

. I''m fresh out of university (just finished my BA in communications) and I LOVE gemstones, dont get me wrong diamonds are great but nothing beats colour (and sparkles heehee) I''ve never made a piece of jewellery but with everyone''s help I hope to do so soon. My favorite gems are amethyst, tourmaline, and I''m discovering the beauty of spinel through PS! My favorite piece of jewllery I have recently accquired is a white gold ring with a diamond halo and a treated topaz that looks like amethyst but does a complete colour change to bright blue. ( this is a mystic topaz type) but depending on the light there are no in between colours like the typical green mystics, its either straight purple or completely blue...

its such an interesting ring and keeps my constantly entertained.
anyways I hope to learn from you all and see you around the forums
