New interchangeable earring drops to wear with my tiny earth-mined diamond (EMD) huggies had finally arrived today.
Apologies for the stray hair clippings in the photos as I had a haircut shortly before I started to try them on.
The ones with 6mm OEC Moissanites and 3 x 4mm LGD were returned as the original jump rings were too small.

The new ones with pear shaped Aquamarine and Petalite were supposed to reach me in time to wear for events relating to King Charles III's coronation. However, the jump rings were made too large, and I did not like the look of them. So I requested for the jump rings to be replaced with smaller ones, and missed being ship to me in time for the coronation. Hey ho!
The Petalites are not very sparkly against the outer articulated halo with EMD. If I have some spare pennies, I may replace them with more sparkly/better cut stones like Topaz or Danburite etc., and have the Petalites on their own as drops.

The huggies were made with 3mm Moissanites that I already have, in Rhodium-plated Silver, as I want to get the size and shape right first before forking out for a pair of LGD or EMDs. They are fine, however, I would prefer 4mm stones and slightly shorter with a narrower oval shape.

Happy with them all, except perhaps the Petalites for the reason already mentioned above.
