It's hard to tell by your photos. The crown is the British gold standard mark. 18 is the karat.
I think the third symbol is a panther head, the symbol for London.
The style of the T is important, as it could swing the date 100 years in the wrong direction. It's really hard to tell from your photo, so look carefully!

The shape of the area surrounding the “T,” which is called the cartouche, is as significant as the letter itself. It looks to me like the cartouche on your ring has clipped corners like the 1814 symbol.
ETA - what a lovely ring!
Style wise I would lean to 1814 as well over 1734. Nice band! Looks super bright!
