New engagement ring!

Hey! Haven’t been on pricescope in a while. I just recently got engaged and now have the man and ring of my dreams. I just wanted to show it off and maybe someone can tell me if this is a transitional cut or not. He searched high and low for an old cut.

OOH. I’m going to guess transitional because those chunky arrows suggest a larger table than you see on a classic OEC. I’d love to see a profile pic. And more pictures because it’s a very lovely ring. And of course, congratulations on your engagement! He did good!

I shouldn't guess the vintage of the stone, but it does remind patterns of round brilliant in jewellery from the 1900 www - not yesterday. The broad traps belong to that time too www & they fit fantastic!
