I was looking at some settings on LOGR and found quite a few i like, specifically the legacy-ish bezel. My concern is that the diamond would be too small to set, or would look much darker since its a light brown diamond.

Any suggestions? I really like the look of a halo and would prefer that, but am not sure how high a prong setting would sit on my finger.

When finished, this will be my Happy Graduation present to myself!!! So i''ll buy the diamond now and hold out for the setting for a few months.

Also, has anyone gotten LOGR''s settings in Pt?

I''d get the small round legacyesque bezel in rose gold with upgraded diamonds personally. I think it''d look smashing!

thanks for your response! I thought about rose gold, but i''m not usually a fan of golds other than white gold....HOWEVER i do like the warmth of rose gold. The only reason i was thinking rose gold wouldn''t be ok, was i thought it was too similar in color to the diamond itself.

will LOGR do a rose gold head and keep the rest white gold???

LOGR does do 2 tone settings. That shouldn''t be a problem.

Could you have OWD photograph the diamond next to rose gold and next to white gold so you can see what you think?

lovebug...I recently contacted Adam at Old World Diamonds about picking out some small stones for a 5 stone ring. He mentioned that he will posting several more small stones in the near future. You should give him a call...he may have some similar stones that have yet to be posted.
