Does Trade Person mean as in the Diamond trade, one who sells jewelry, or one who does any type of sales related to gem/jewelry industry (irregardless of volume)?

In general a trade person is one who is in the Diamond or Jewelry industry such as a salesperson, benchworker, cutter, etc.
