New ACStones, and new camera!

So I have a couple new Barry Bridgestock goodies to share (and another for a Christmas pressie on the way!). And since I just got my new DSLR camera early Christmas present, the photo taking has been even more obsessive. If you can imagine that!

So without further ado, first up is the green tourmaline as LaurenthePartier''s request

It is 1.21 ct and 6.1 mm, from Nigeria..

So I''ll have to introduce the sapphire, as well, of course.

A yummy 6.9 mm, and 1.75 ct. This is an unheated Umba sapphire with a bit of a color change.

Color changing in incandescent light, as it likes to do- this is the best photo I have yet of it looking purple. And now I can''t seem to find the one that Barry sent me either.

however, I will give a little sneak peak of the Christmas present. And just so you guys don''t think I am tooo spoiled, it''s going to be a pendant for my mom. She loves sapphires (her birthstone) and she has never had a really nice one! Barry says that it is a true blue in daylight, and a tanzanitesque purple indoors! So here is her debut

Oh that is GORGEOUS!!!!!!! I LOVE that color. Your mom WILL LOVE IT!!! What size is the stone??? Barry does wonderful work.
