geko, the bet was if we got the house we submitted an offer on down in FL he could get a 52'' LCD TV for it and if we didn''t get the house I could get this bracelet. I couldn''t lose. I would have been very happy had he won the bet. I really wanted that house.....sigh but this ain''t a bad consolation prize. We''ll be back on the house hunt in the fall. We only put an offer in now on this one because it was such a great house and location.

Oh I''m sorry you lost out on the house. Hope you find one this fall, and that you love it.

Thanks stepcutgirl! We are looking in the Estero area. That''s just south of Ft Meyers. For now it will just be a vacation/winter home with the potential that in 5 or so years when hubby retires it may become a more permanent home.
