Nephew got Ring today From Firenza NY

So my nephew picked up his ring today. Center stone inherited from his grandmother .99 F color Vs quality (according to gemologist on staff as he decided (thanks DS) not to have it certified as it was his grandmothers and she is still around lol

Looking at Ritani web sight I think this is an almost exact copy of their V band ...his is in platinum .50 tcw ...I would have liked the head of he diamond set lowerr into the halo but I wasn't there and he didn't want custom

Thanks DS I am glad he didn't end up getting it certified . I have no idea of the cut but I don't think young love , will matter lol. I am sure she will love it. He also wend to IDJ but it was Friday and they close early so that is how they ended up at Firenze. Under $3,000 for setting in platinum. I think he did GOOD

Thanks all it is a special time as my sister in law has non smokers lung cancer and I am just happy that she is greatful that my nephew is happy and has found his mate

I am very sorry to read this. My brother has lung cancer - he quit smoking 26 years ago but was in the sheet metal work and they think this is a contributing factor, he is 57, when he was a kid he was an auto body repair worker so in all it's perhaps an accumulation of all the factors, non smoking lung cancer is the lung cancer most reported now in the USA, again I hope her lung cancer was found as early as possible, and again happiness to your nephew.
