Neon Pink Spinel from Gene (Precision Gem)!

This is the new pink spinel from Gene. I feel so lucky to get it! The neon pink color is something I have never expected from a gem stone, and the pictures still don''t do justice to its true color because the neon is very hard to capture. Maybe I should send it to mochi, our resident photographer?

I think all spinel collectors should consider getting one of these.

karee, thanks for your kind words. I have no idea about setting except I want it as a ring (pretty much the case for 99% of my stones because I need to SEE them)

It sure is my favorite spinel, and the top 3 of all stones (that is a lot harder to name, and dependent on my mood)

Oh, the specs. 1.04ct, 6.52 x 5.27mm. I am also attaching the vendor picture, which in my opinion, didn''t do justice.

I just noticed that the ring is the bezel ring in white. It''s very attractive. What were you going to set in it??

It's so nice to see a perfect saturation in a spinel without any brown, orange or grey. I love it (never thought I would hear myself say that about a spinel
