neon chrysoberyl?

Can someone give me some kind of clue as to what this gem some is? Pictures are with and without flash. It seems to change colors from a pale yellow green to a neon green. It has incredible fire!
And help would be greatly appreciated! I may be using this stone to build my own anniversary band.
The surrounding stones are NOT diamonds. Either topaz or white sapphires. It's also bright green florescent under uv

Have you taken it to a jeweler to get the RI? Looks to me like a lab spinel.

Highly unlikely to be chrysoberyl but based on the information given, sounds likely to be synthetic green spinel.
