Needing help between 2 round stones for engagement ring

Hello! I've been trying to read anything and everything on diamonds to find a reasonable and respectable center stone for my girlfriend of 10 years.

Of the two, which would you choose? I know the crown angles are a little steep, but these are the top two I came up with after an entire day of searching. Brightness and sparkle are of top importance. Thank you in advance!

For colored gemstones, isn't color more important than cut? Are the colors equivalent? You might get some valuable help in the Colored Stones section of the forum. Good luck!

The 1.73ct would be my pick but why are you doing this blind?
Fancy Intense is a huge range about the equivalent of say H if that was the Vivid border and M at the Fancy border.
