need your feedback on this diamond

I've been lurking around this website for a while and have learned a lot. I'm looking at this. It's 1.28 triple excellent. Got the diamond from a diamond broker in chicago. I'm putting it in a solitaire knife edge tapered setting in 4 or 6 prongs. Diamond itself is $6300. what do you all experts think? your feedback is greatly appreciated. diamond

Virtual inventory.

The vendor holding the diamond advertise over the net through online vendors. It is common, you can easily find the same stone being offered by several different vendors. Once it is sold it will take a few days before the stone is taken down from the virtual inventory.

I''d keep shopping for one under 2.0.

Then I''d make sure it has good Idealscope performance.

I would be real concerned about whether that stone is eye-clean to your standards. You may want to talk to the vendor about it.

Numbers could be good. I don''t know that Abazias will provide an IS, would be worth either sending to an appraiser or having it shipped to you to look at in person.


Ditto on the eyeclean - it''s a larger SI2, expect to see some inclusions in some lights from some angles from some distances.

He saw it himself in Chicago. He is just saying that it is also up for sale with abazia.

If it is eyeclean to your specifications it could be a good diamond, request an Idealscope image for this stone.

The original diamond you found has potential too, could be a good 60 60 type ( 60% depth, 60% table) but you would need to check carefully that the grade making clouds aren't negatively affecting performance, consult an expert.
