Need to ID the marking PL and price of vintage find

hello I got this ring in an estate from an old house. It has only PL marking and nothing else. I would like to know if it is platinum or something similar and perhaps resale price thank you

I am afraid we couldn't tell you anything from a picture. I suggest you visit a jeweler that offers an appraisal service unless you have an independent jewelry appraiser near you.
