Need to have a setting made

I am looking to get the attached platinum setting made for a loose stone but no one locally can do it, and the retail store won''t sell me the setting by itself? Any reccomendations as to who can get this done and set the stone? And what would be the rough price range... If possible, I am looking to get this done within the next two weeks

If you could let us know the area you live in it will help in recommending a goldsmith. Also be aware 2 weeks will probably be a bit tight for production.
