Need some input on pairing stones for a pendant

I need some opinions. I was thinking about setting these two stones into a single rose gold pendant.
The green one is a 4x6 mm tourmaline and the larger stone is an 8.5 mm spinel. I think the spinel is paler in real life and was hoping a bezel would deepen the color. It's a light pinkish lavender color.

Do you think these would make an interesting pendant, or do they clash too much?
Any input is appreciated!

Thank you!

I would put them in two separate pieces of jewelry. Just my opinion! :wavey:

I don't think the colors clash so much the tone and saturation of the tourmaline might overwhelm the soft delicate color of the spinel.

I agree with lilmosun and chrono but if the bezel set darkness the spinel it might be a good match - but the if you bezel the tourmaline that might darken as well.
