need some help with quality on Total Weight rings

1st question i have is about COLOR says its D but is that so important in small stones like those?
2nd question is CLARITY says they are VS1 but is that so important is smaller stones like those?
3rd budget is around $300 and I think his wife to be wants the band to save money but I will find more out about that

i wouldn''t worry about the stated color/clarity and just hope at least you are getting real diamonds.
