Need some help making a decision!

I have found what i think is the most stunning ring but my current financial status means that maybe I should lay off extravegant spending, so I have come to you for your opinions.
I have found in a little seaside antique shop a 3 band rolling ring, similar to that of the cartier. Each band has 12 small square diamonds and it is set in 18k gold (rose, yellow and white gold). So there are 36 diamonds in total set in the 3 bands with each diamond having a little space in between each. The ring costs A$1200 so US$1099. There is no certification of the diamond weight or colour/clarity.
Do you think that its worth buying this ring?

Impossible to say. I would ask the vendor if they will give you a written guarantee that the ring/stones are real and make your final sale contingent on an independent appraisal. Is that your concern? That the stones might not be real? Impossible to say value - the stones could be very poor quality or very good quality - effecting price quite a bit.
