Need Some Help Deciding

Hi,

First off, this is a great forum. I've learned a lot by browsing thru the forum. I'm still new at this and would like to get some feedback.

I'm looking at the following diamonds. Are they good?

In that price range, you can go much larger.

Here's a 1.31ct for $7570

Here's a 1ct for $5500. Also looks like it's got a rosy pink hue to it, which is pretty rare.

For JA stones, I strongly suggest putting a hold on your favorite 3 diamonds and asking for ASET images before you buy.

I'd steer away from blue nile because it's too blind of a purchase.

That's a nice setting. Are you working with a local jeweler?

I'm still on the lookout for a jeweler to do the mounting. Depending on my friend's contact if they can do it or not. If not, need to find one. I'm based in Toronto but will likely fly to LA to pick up the diamond and the ring.

I like the bg one but a little on the higher end for me. I'm trying to keep it between 7K to 7.5K. But I'll keep that in mind if I can't find any.
