Crown angle 34-35
Pavilion angle 40.6-40.9

As to budget, here is a top range superideal cut, you could probably find something less expensive

Ditto snowdrop...the pavilion angle on that stone is too high. Stick with Excellent/Ideal in the ranges SD posted.
