Need some band ideas to match this.

Ok, this is a picture of what is being custom made for me. The only difference is the top will be rounded around the diamond.

Now I have to choose a wedding band that matches it, and I thought I was done,lol

Anyone have any ideas? I do not even know where to begin. I dont want something that is going to draw away from the center diamond, yet I want it unique,lol

i think a plain gold band would look great. if you want a little extra bling you could have a custom 5stone band made with small rounds set semi-bezel like the center.

I still have my original thin band that I first bought with my first ring. I will always save that , but will not wear it.

The last time I had a white/gold mix enternity ring, but it always seemed to take away from the center diamond.

My old one was princess though and the stones were round, so maybey that it why. This band is pretty wide, so I wonder if the matching shoould also be wide, or would thinner look fine. I like the bezel band idea. Ill have to look to see if I can find a picture of one somewhere.

Only one more week until I have my ring. I dont think I will sleep well,lol

Tiffany''s Etoile design is an obvious choice; also a bar-set wedding band.

Wow, that Etoile is very pretty! I just looked up one ebay that is a Tiffany original. Thanks for the idea! Its unigue enough, yet not overstated. I wonder what it would cost to have one made that is not Tiffany.

Many jewelers have their own version of this ring. I think it would look fantastic with youe e-ring.
White Flash has a version for $1,435.00 I think this is priced for PLT however so gold would be less expensive.
Abazias has a gold version for $729.00

Do you mean it will be white and yellow gold mixed? I couldn''t figure out what the metal was in the picture. I have never heard of it, but it sounds really pretty!

No, my old enternity ring was yellow white gold mixed. I ost a lot of weight, and went from a ring size 7 to 5.75, so I sold a bunc of my rings that I didnt feel were worth resizing. That was one of them. Besides I want something different.

The ring I am getting is yellow gold. I realy wanted a tension set, but was worried about loosing the stone, so I went with the
semi bezel that will have the tension look from the sides. Union is making it and charging me 400 for the setting. Other places wanted 750-950.

I like the etoile idea. I think I just may go with that. I want to wait until I get the ring, and go see an etoile sytle next to it,
and see how it looks. I was also looking at a pretty cartier band I like, with no diamonds but etching.

When I get the actual ring I will take pictures. It took me two months to finally choose a stone. Im a perfectionest and that
can make diamond buying very hard,lol

I even found a setting I like much better, but a dollar late and a day short as this one is already being made,lol But I think it will be nice. Just will be hard getting used to the wide band after wearing a petite for 10 years,lol
