Need small diamonds, small. Under .50

Hey, I'm looking for small diamonds in nyc. So far I've seen some on this site and in the diamond district for around $300-$700 depending on the color and quality. Not too specific as to color or shape, but it has to be as good quality as possible. I've seen a small yellow diamond for around $600 or so in the diamond district of nyc. Not for a ring o anything like that, just want a small stone with a great color and sparkle. Looking for around Vs1, if colorless D,E,F and ideal everything. Have any suggestions? Thanks everyone. PS- I don't want anything smaller than .30
