You will need to get a setting that will sit flush with a wedding band. First find the asscher, then look for a setting. Shouldn''t be a problem, most people don''t think of the wedding band. You know you want it to sit flush, so you''re ahead of the game. Smart girl!!!
Well plans have changed now. We can''t go on Saturday to look at the diamonds. My significant other has his son this weekend. Last night I emailed the guy at the jewelery store this long detailed email about exactly what I was looking for as far as numbers wise. I called him today and told him we couldn''t come in this weekend and he said we could come Thursday because they already found some to my specifications and they will be there tomorrow! So we are going tomorrow. The bad thing is that I have no pics to post for you guys to look at....so any more advice on what I should be looking for when I see these rocks? Storm gave me some great advice in the post above. I know I should look at the windmills and make sure they are even? Anything else?
Yes trust your eyes. Also ask yourself it if has that mile deep look to it. Also is the pattern pleasing to you?? Have fun and bring your camera and take pics for us!!!!
I want to see it. My fiance and I are looking at Asschers-- we are already engaged with an heirloom, but I want my own ring. I saw the most beautiful asscher yesterday lots of brilliance, fire and scintillation (sp?); but still looks small with a 3.68 spread. Do you mind shooting me a thread with your ring for more ideas. Thank you- Amy
