Need opinions on this rock

I have a diamond I'm looking at and need some honest opinions on if it sounds like a good deal. This is a Sirius Princess cut, and I understand they cut their diamonds slightly differently than the standard "charts" suggest is ideal. All opinions are welcome. Here are the specs:

Origin: Canada (this is essential) - Sirius Diamonds
Cut: Ideal Princess (fire and ice)
Carat: 1.18
Color: G
Clarity: VS1
Dimensions: 5.74 x 5.70 x 4.42
Fluorescence: No
Depth: 77.5%
Table: 55%
Pavillion Depth: 59.5
Girdle: Thin
Crown Height: 15.1 Angle: 36.8

The inclusion is very hard to see, not near surface, a tiny pinpoint halfway down.

The numbers look sweet. I have been wanting to see the Sirius Princess cuts. If you cover the shipping I'll do a free appraisal on the stone. I'm curious to see what's coming out of their factory and I've tried to contact the company to no avail. (They must not want my money?!
