Need opinion please

I am on a hunt for a diamond for my sister. Can everyone/someone/anyone please take a look at this diamond and give me your honest opinion on it?

We are on a time crunch and are going to pull the trigger on it today.... so no pressure

I welcome other recommendations. Budget about $5000... the best compromise on all 4C''s and best cut, color to a J and eye clean.
