Hello,

I need help in figuring out a few things. I have zeroed down onto 2 rings.

https://www.ritani.com/wedding-rings/women-s-five-stone-diamond-wedding-band-in-18kt-rose-gold/12598

My questions are:

1) I have never really bought anything from Ritani, Anyone has any experiences with them, their product quality etc
2) Both the rings are identically except one if 3/4 of a carat and the other one 1 carat. There is price difference of about 700$. Assuming I can afford either, is it worth spending the additional dollar for the extra 700

I have no idea about diamonds, so any help would be highly appreciated. I am looking for 18K Rose Gold 5 stone setting, and the diamonds need to be of good quality and luster

Thanks!

I would shop around more if I were you. Look at Whiteflash, for instance, for comparison.

I would elaborate, but I'm on my way out the door. I'm sure others will advise.

Thanks for your reply.

Will be helpful if you can elaborate :)

Here is the size difference of the individual stones (.15 and a .20)...you'll have to use your imagination to picture 5.

I say if you can afford the 1 carat then I would do that. What size finger do you have?

I second Jimmianne's idea of looking at Whiteflash. Here is a link. The Stones will be ACA stones.

If you scroll down on the whiteflash pages they show a comparison of a .75 and a 1 carat 5 stone next to each other.

Edit
There is also BGD but I think they may end up being more expensive. They would use branded stones also. It's worth
checking with them.

Thank you for the reply.Ring size is 7.25

One of my requirements is to get it in 18K rose gold. The links from whiteflash are on 14K setting. I spoke to them today and they quoted 2700+ since its going to be a custom band if I need it in 18K.

BGD seems to be over 3700+ for a similar ring. Are Ritani diamonds bad? Why are they not being recommended.

Sorry for too many questions

The difference in stone size is largely one of personal preference. I'm not one who automatically goes for the larger stones, but I think with a 7+ size finger, the larger stones might be a better option.

Here's a whole thread of 5-stone rings. Most are over 1ctw, but there are a few one carat and less rings hidden in there too:

Also, you didn't mention whether this is intended to be worn alone or with an engagement ring. If your intent is to match the metal used in an E-ring, you should be aware that not all rose gold is going to be the same color.
