Need help with this 'Knot' included diamond

Dear all,

I am looking for a 2ct diamond.

But due to the very limit budget, i stopped at this SI2 diamond.Overall, it's a GIA 3EX diamond. But I noticed that there's a feather near the edge and a knot inclusion at the bottom. Is this one a boom?



Any advise?

Have to see actual images of the diamond to say. It could be that they are not even the grade setting inclusions.
