Need help with this Diamond

Can someone tell me what is causing the aberration at roughly the 10 o'clock position? Is it the twinning wisps inclusions on the clarity map?

The diamond is a GIA VS2.

I do not believe that's due to the inclusion. If you look just under the 2 o'clock arrow you can see the set of wisps. Which I've encricled in red below.




Look at the ASET and you can see the wisps inclusions(yellow circle) and the aberration(purple circle).


They are not in the same spot. Also look at the hearts view. Notice how the heart between the 9 and 10 o'clock is smaller. I believe this is a result of a pavilion main or lower girdle facet being out of spec.



However it's still a lovely diamond and worth purchasing IMO.
