Could someone tell me what the scale is for converting carat to mm.

Some sites I see they say 8mm or 5mm what is that in carats. Would you be so kind at to start with 1/2 carat and go up to 6 carats (including half sizes for each). Thank you.

Run a search on the internet. You'll find much info.

Off the top of my head..6mm is around a .80c, 1c is around 6.5mm, 1.25c is around 7.15mm, 1.35 is around 7.25mm. I don't know much more beyond that.

Also keep in mind that the mm does not correspond well to ctw because it really depends on the CUT of the stone. A very well cut 1c will be 6.5mm, but a horribly deep cut 1c may have a diameter of around 6.20mm or 6.30mm or 6.40mm depending on the quality of the cut. So it's hard to correspond with a scale, unless you are talking a specific type of stone.
