Found what I think is a pretty good deal on a 2.3ct stone with for $19k with the specs below.

Size - 2.3ct
HCA Score - 1.4
Cut - Excellent
Color - H
Clarity - VS1

However, I was a bit concerned when I saw the images they sent back for the hearts and arrows.

The center section in the middle of both images looks a bit funky, and the arrows are misaligned a little.

Do the images below look like something I should be concerned about, or does this look and may have been caused by the stone just being on a slight tilt?

Looks to be a nice stone. It's not a perfect hearts and arrows stone and the tilt of the stone probably isn't the cause of the arrowheads not lining up perfectly.

I see that it has strong blue fluro - did you ask the vendor about the impact of it on this particular stone? Have you seen pictures or videos of the stone?

Here is a video of the stone - http://dna.stonehdfile.com/ViewHD.aspx?d=516536649

What impact does blue fluro normally have on the stone? Is that a bad thing?
Less expensive compared to a non fluro stone. Some people love them some people don't. The stone needs UV light to activate (i.e. under the sun). The top stone is non and the bottom stone is very strong blue.

Without a loop do you think there would be much of a visible difference to the naked eye between this stone or and a stone with a more perfect hearts and arrows pattern?

I ask because I am between this stone and another other that has a perfect hearts and arrows pattern but is a 2.4ct vs1 color M stone.

I like the idea of the lighter color (H instead of M) but ultimately am looking for a big eye clean stone that is going to shine the most in regular lighting.

Side by side you might be able to see differences but they may or may not be important to you. I know that sounds like a fuzzy answer but it is true.

This stone looks to be nicely cut. I would much prefer the H color over the M color any day - particularly in an MRB stone. My best advice on this one is to make sure you have a good return policy if you don't love the stone for any reason. Other than that, looks good!

make sure you know how color sensitive the wearer is. There is a very big difference between a H and a M, especially in a modern round brilliant. Generally speaking, the first thing you notice about a M stone will not be how well cut it is. It will be the tint of the stone. Nothing inherently wrong with an M. Just make sure she doesn't prefer something whiter.

Gotoguy77, welcome to PS! I noticed that you probably found this diamond through the diamond search tool here on PS and even though the price is 'good' for this stone, I do think that you can find a better one. If I were you, I would call Yekutiel at IDJewelry and tell him what you are looking for and the total budget you have in mind. He can probably also call in this diamond for you and take some ASET images. Also, re strong blue fluoro - it is best to have the stone evaluated for any negative effects of the fluorescence, such as the diamond appearing "hazy". Many people will say that fluorescence is perfectly fine, and I even have a diamond with strong blue fluoro, but I have also seen "over blue" diamonds and I was not a huge fan, especially not for 19k. ;)
