Need help with diamond pricing for engagement ring ?

Hello everyone, i was researching about diamonds on the internet for future wife engagement ring and come across price scope forum,
i found a diamond that i would like to purchased off are store in the Sydney, Australia i would just like to know if the price im gonna pay for that particular diamond is a good price or just average price thank you
The spec of the diamond is
Round Brilliant
1.25 Cart D vs1
Triple Ex, Culet None, No extra coments
Inculsions: its a very clean stone is has 2 pin piont and a crystal on the table, and at the bottom a little cloud the size of 2 pin piont and 1 pin piont as well.
Fluorescence: None

Depth 60.6
Crown 33,5
Pavilion 41

medium (facted) 3.5%

on the HCA tool it score Triple Ex but the spread was very good and the score was 1.1
The diamond has hearts and arrows but only very good H&A not the 1% of top H&A
i was quoted for this diamond $17500 by one diamond wholesaler and i done some more research and got it down to $16500 Incuding GST with the spec i have supply do you guys think $16500 is are good buy ? or what price you think it should be ?

The numbers look fine and most likely you won't see any inclusion with naked eye in a VS1 stone. For price comparison, do a quick search on the search engine on pricescope.
