Need help with custom size US 17.5 men's ring

My fiancé and I are having trouble finding a place to make a custom ring for what he wants. Everyone keeps telling us with the size (US 17.5) we need we can only use Gold or Platinum. He wants a ring that symbolizes a circuit board inside the ring and be flat on the top and 8mm wide.

Is there any other metal that can be the color black to be what he wants in his wedding band?
