I have an engagement ring and wedding band I want to sell and wanted to get an idea of what I should offer them for. The following is the description:
Main Stone - 1.61 carat emerald cut diamond with certificate. Color - D. Clarity - SI1. Symmetry - very good. Culet - None. Polish - very good. Fluorescence - none. Length - 7.52mm; width - 6.07mm; depth - 3.83mm. Depth percentage - 63.1%. Table percentage - 72%. Pavillion depth percentage - 50%. Girdle - medium, polished. EGL certificate.
The above are mounted on a platinum setting that has 66 round brilliant cut diamonds bead set in the mounting. Average clarity - VS2. Average color - F. Symmetry - good. Culet - none. Polish - good. Fluorescence - none. Actual weight - 0.88 carat.
The wedding band matches the engagement ring. I am not sure if you can help me with the rings but any help would be appreciated even if it is just with the main stone. Also, it would be great if you could offer any advice on the best way to try to sell these since I have no experience at all in this area.
Thank you for the help,
George
