Need help with a 3 carat diamond choice

Hello,
Im a newbie in Diamond subject. I know the basics but I cant understand if Im getting a good diamond / good deal. My jeweler offered me this diamond for 15500 $ us dollars, can I please have some insight? Thank you very much.

I have really tried to find answers in google, for hours, but I just cant. I googled things like "diamond value calculator", etc, almost on every site, it gives option to choose color from D to M, I cant even enter U-V (my color), so Im really confused.. Link to video of diamond:

The stone you linked is not a good deal. It’s highly included and overpriced.

Hmm yes I see the one you linked is bigger, has better statistics and it is cheaper on top of that!... I live in Ukraine, so everything I would order from USA would cost additional ~30% extra tax. If counting with that, would it still be overpriced you think?
