I like the 3.01 F VS1 a little more than the others, based on proportions and scope/brilliance images.

Hello and welcome to PriceScope, isusanx22!

Love me some GCAL 8X!
However (yep), these diamonds have seemingly become quite price inflated since they gained traction, even vastly outpacing pricing for GIA graded diamonds.

Would you be open to looking at and considering some GIA graded diamonds that would have indistinguishable optical performance while possibly saving you a quite a bit on cost?

Today's price of the 3.00 D is around $8500...is that what you're wanting to cap your budget at?

These are all HPHT...I'm refraining from posting the links to the retailer site so that anonymous lurkers don't snipe these before you've had a chance to review and decide.

Thank you @DejaWiz I will take a look! Any of the GCAL options stood out to you? Just found pricescope recently after seeing on youtube and viewed a lot of the posts on here wish I found sooner thank you and for all the input you give on the forum - To be honest I've seen A LOT of GIA triple ex ideal depth table angles etc in person and quite frankly they all looked bit off ; the only stones that looked absolutely amazing icy white crisp H&A no color tinge/hue were beyond $13k+ so we gave up and decided to consider GCAL 8X options and yes my budget would be around 8500 but plus if it's less :)

The diamonds that I linked above are all within GCAL 8X ranges for proportions and angles.
...I do look for detractors such as pavilion twist, blue nuance, and transparency issues.

You're very welcome! Kim N, lovedogs, and many others that also have keen eyes might be happy to have a look at them as well and offer their thoughts.
If your heart still lies with GCAL 8X, then just say the word and we'll stay the course to help you find and pick the best one.

I think the second one may have subtle blue nuance. I like the first and last ones best!

Thank you @Kim N and @DejaWiz - going to try see the GIA stones in person. I also wanted to compare 1 of the GCAL8x options below both are 3.15 ct; would you recommend the VS1 looks better given the images and proportions?

3.15 / E / VS1

3.15 / E / VVS1

3.15 E VS1 - really loving the smaller table, taller crown, and what seems to be cleaner HPHT material than the E VVS1.

Hello! Can anyone recommend 1-2 excellent GCAL8X only option from 2.9-3.4ct, D-E, VS/VVS, white, H&A, the 2 I was looking at and already recommended here was already sold :( And is there a reason why jewelers do not like GCAL8X - spke with 3 and all told me the 8X line is just marketing ploy and I won't find an icey white round with them and that GIA is most reputable. Appreciate so much!

The bolded claims from the jewelers simply isn't true. False, plain and simple. Some jewleers don't like things like GCAL 8X because the jeweler doesn't stock them, and therefore knows that if you want one he or she can't provide it to you. So then they try silly scare tactics to convince you not to buy it.

Agreed...there are plenty of posts here from PS members showing pictures and videos of their GCAL 8X which completely proves that these particular jewelers mentioned are flat-out lying.
