Need help reading Maker's Name on French Earrings

Hi All,

Need help with the maker of my new peruzzi earrings. I see EIRANGER PROMIS NICE FRANCE but I am having no lucky with google searches.

Help please

Maybe etranger = foreign or stranger, plus promis = promised. I do not speak French

So could be an inscription and not a maker's mark.

Part of it says Bte (with the te superscript, I don't know how to type it) followed by SGDG. Apparently stands for breveté sans garantie du gouvernment, that is, patented without guarantee of government.

Similar mark on https://exhibits.library.jhu.edu/ex...ibbon,meaning “without government guarantee.”
