Hello everyone, I am new to this site, but have been reading a lot of posts over the past couple of days. Everyone seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I need some help/opinions on a diamond I am currently looking at to buy. The jeweler I am dealing with is a long time family friend, so I know he is not going to rip me off and for my budget, he says this is a very good diamond. This is an EGL certified diamond, which I know is not preferred. He also told me that it is actually around an H color, SI2 clarity grade on the GIA grading sclae. It looks somewhat eye clean, but when I look at it from a different angle, I can see a slight inclusion on the table. Will that inclusion be less visible when it is set into the ring? I want a diamond that is completely eye clean. I do not have a picture of the diamond, but I can post a picture of the setting that I have. Any help is greatly appreciated. Oh, and I plan to propose in September, so I do not have an unlimited amount of time!

The specs of the diamond are as follows:
1.31 cts. Round brilliant.
Depth: 60.6%
Table Width: 59%
Crown Height: 13% Crown Angle: 32.5*
Pavilion Depth: 44%
Girdle: Medium
Polish: Very Good
Symmetry: Excellent
Cutlet: None
Clarity: SI1
Color: F
Fluorescence: Slight Blue
Hearts & Arrows Diamond
Excellent Ideal Cut
